July 25, 2008 - Day 45
Today Brendan had a pretty good day. His daytime nurse tried removing his nose canulla but Brendan had other plans, so it is back in. When they took out the canulla he had some brady's and desats. So instead they switched him from 1 liter from to 1/2 liter flow and will try removing the canulla again in a couple days. I got to feed Brendan for his 6pm feeding. He took the whole bottle of 35 mls. He had some reflux afterwards so we put him back in his isolette on his belly. He seems to do really well on his tummy and it helps with his reflux. He was wide awake, looking all around and at me during his feeding. Such an improvement from a couple weeks ago!
